It can provide a current output of 4-20mA according to the measurement range. The moisture content of rice is hard when low and mushy when high. Managing the moisture content of cooked rice is one of the important items in quality control and complaint measures in rice cooking and food factories. However, commonly used heated moisture meters have the following issues: ● The measurement process takes several tens of minutes. ● Moisture measurement of freshly cooked high-temperature samples is unstable. ● Preparations such as stretching with plastic wrap are cumbersome.
